Terms and Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a subscription or make purchases on our website.
Goods will be shipped directly to your postal address or to the nearest pickup point in accordance with the applicable postal office standard delivery terms. We package and deliver the goods to the postal service within 1–2 business days after payment is received. It normally takes 4–9 business days for you to receive your goods, depending on where you live.
Return Policy
In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, there is a 14-day unconditional return policy for the first delivery of a subscription. The products in subsequent deliveries are identical to the first one, and therefore, there is no right of return for items received after the first delivery. However, you can freeze or cancel your subscription at any time.
For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be returned to us in the same quantity and condition as when you received it. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal is broken, as these are goods that deteriorate, expire, or require quality assurance. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or have any related questions, please contact customer service at kundeservice@minga.no.
The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. Please note that when exercising the right of withdrawal, you must bear the return shipping costs. Remember to include the signed withdrawal form so we can match the return to your subscription. If you need a withdrawal form, feel free to contact customer service. Refunds for returns under the right of withdrawal will be made within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved as a return.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our satisfaction guarantee applies only once per household and must be used within 90 days of the order date, with a minimum of 60 days after the order date. We also need information on why you, as a customer, are dissatisfied with the product. A survey form will be sent by email. Your feedback will help us improve our products. Refunds will only be provided for one product of each type. If you want a refund for additional products, they must be returned, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Shipping costs are not covered.
Complaints
You have full warranty rights under applicable law. If a product is faulty or defective, you can request a replacement, discount, or cancellation of the purchase according to the Consumer Purchase Act. To file a complaint, please contact customer service within a reasonable time.
In the case of failed order collection, which results in a return, you, as the customer, will be responsible for the delivery and return costs.
For subscriptions, you must notify customer service at least 14 days before the next shipment if you wish to skip a shipment, change the number of packages sent, inform us of a move, or expedite your next shipment.
Subscription and Newsletters
We have no binding period or minimum purchase requirement. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service at kundeservice@minga.no. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next regular shipment. If the subscription is canceled later than this and after the item has been sent, you are obligated to receive and pay for this shipment.
When purchasing MINGA products, you will receive newsletters via email (ref. the Marketing Act § 15, third paragraph, processing basis Article 6, No. 1, letter f.). You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Emails will also be sent via third parties for order processing, payment, and feedback on the order.
Website Responsibility
Our goal is to raise awareness of the health benefits that moringa can provide, and we strive to keep relevant sources and data updated and accurate. MINGA is not responsible for any loss, direct and/or indirect, incurred by a user of the website due to the use of data, advice, or ideas provided by or on behalf of MINGA through this website. You agree that it is your responsibility to stay updated on any changes to the materials and information found on this website.
One Tree Planted
We collaborate with One Tree Planted, where we plant one tree for each completed order. This is a collaboration we wish to continue as far as possible. However, the partner and contributions may change over time. If this occurs, it will be announced on our website. A returned product is not considered a completed order.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the content on this website are assigned to MINGA. Copying, distribution, or any other use of the material is not allowed without written permission from MINGA.

Disputes
The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you can bring the matter to the Conciliation Board. You may also bring disputes before the Consumer Disputes Committee and the Consumer Council.
