We comply with the Right of Withdrawal Act. You have the full right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Complete the attached withdrawal form and send the items back in the same condition as you received them. Unsealed items will not be accepted for return. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

The return policy only applies to the first delivery of the subscription. Subsequent deliveries you receive are identical to the first, and therefore, the return policy does not apply to items received after the first delivery.

Normal delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on your location within the country. In cases of significant delays in customs and/or with the postal service, delivery may take up to 30 days.

We cover the VAT for you, so customs will not charge you any fees. This ensures faster delivery times than usual, as all duties are prepaid when the package is cleared through customs.

We have warehouses situated in the Netherlands and Norway. Items are shipped via standard postal service directly to your address, in accordance with postal service terms and conditions.
